  随着精装交付比例提升，精装改造如何综合考虑环保性，经济性，工程周期，功能性，舒适性，精神性，业主个性化需求，是我们需要考虑和探讨的问题。

  As the proportion of delivered hardcover houses increases, how to comprehensively consider environmental protection, economy, project duration, functionality, comfort, spirituality, and homeowners' personalized needs in hardcover renovations is a question we need to consider and explore.

以需求为导向

Demand-oriented approach

  精装修交付的通病：

  开关插座的数量不能很好的满足现在的生活需求；

  收纳体系和柜子的安装空间预留未充分考虑，特别是柜子与吊顶的衔接问题；

  装饰风格过于单调；

  灯光体系过于简单，无法满足多样的生活场景；

  平面布置固定，重新划分区域导致的中央空调，暖气，新风，高层消防的后续配套服务复杂且成本较高。

  Common problems with hardcover delivery include:

  The number of switches and sockets does not adequately meet current living needs.

  The installation space for storage systems and cabinets is not fully considered, especially the connection between cabinets and ceilings.

  The decorative style is too monotonous.

  The lighting system is too simple and cannot meet diverse living scenarios.

  The layout is fixed, and subsequent supporting services such as central air conditioning, heating, fresh air, and high-rise fire protection due to re-zoning are complex and costly.

  如果大面积的把原有装修拆成毛坯再重新设计，当然是最简单的，可是这并不符合现代设计对于环保性的基本原来，也不符合业主经济性的考量。

  It would be the simplest solution to dismantle the existing decoration on a large scale and redesign from scratch, but this does not align with modern design principles of environmental protection or homeowners' economic considerations.

  本项目旨在探讨精装改造如何在最少的改动和浪费的情况下，完成个性化设计。

  This project aims to explore how to achieve personalized design with minimal changes and waste in hardcover renovations.

  业主喜欢木头温润质感的家居，原有的灰色亮面砖和深红色开放漆的地板基本就决定了其他木色的走向，我们现场打了几个色样去与地板进行对比，从浅到深，最后胡桃木的颜色过渡最为自然。

  The homeowners prefer furniture with a warm wooden texture. The existing gray glossy tiles and dark red open-paint floors basically determine the direction of other wood colors. We prepared several color samples on site to compare with the floor, ranging from light to dark. Finally, the color transition of walnut wood is the most natural.

  门是不同空间之间的连接与过渡，是空间中起到起承转合的重要存在，于是我们把所有的门换掉，用藤编与胡桃木的组合。

  Doors serve as connections and transitions between different spaces, playing a crucial role in the flow of the space. Therefore, we replaced all the doors with a combination of rattan and walnut wood.

  用不同明度和质感的绿色，穿插在各个的空间，起到灵动空间的作用，又把所有的空间基调统一了起来。

  Different shades and textures of green are interspersed throughout the spaces, creating a lively atmosphere while unifying the overall tone of all spaces.

  在家具的选择上，我们选择了一部分现代家具和宋式家具做混搭，让他们在材质和线条上保持连贯性。

  In terms of furniture selection, we chose a mix of modern furniture and Song-style furniture, ensuring continuity in material and lines.

  卧室作为私人空间，强调了舒适性，而不拘泥于风格定义。

  As a private space, the bedroom emphasizes comfort without being limited by style definitions。

  最终我们在未改动任何墙体，设备位置，完整保留天花及地面材质的情况下，呈现了一个将现代元素骨架融入中式精神的居家空间。

  Ultimately, without altering any walls, equipment locations, and fully preserving the ceiling and floor materials, we presented a living space that integrates the skeleton of modern elements into the spirit of Chinese style.

轻装修

Lightly Decoration

  顺应精装交付，或许设计师更应该退回至运筹帷幄的角色。毛坯固然是最简单的方式，却也是最浪费和最粗暴的。我们认为，不考虑造价和落地性的设计方案，是无意义的。

  In response to the decorated house, perhaps designers should return to the role of strategic planning. Dismantle all is undoubtedly the simplest way, but it is also the most wasteful and rough. A design scheme that does not consider cost and feasibility is meaningless.

  拆改，还是保留？这其中的取舍权衡，更多的是取决于业主的需求和成本的付出是否成正比。轻装修，微改造，在当下看来，更适用于大部分精装房的业主，既对生活品质有一定要求、又希望保留精装房的基础装修，避免不必要的浪费。

  Demolition or preservation? The trade-off between this depends more on whether the needs of the owners are proportional to the cost they pay. Lightly decoration and minor renovation are more suitable for most homeowners, as they have certain requirements for quality of life and hope to preserve the basic decoration of high-end apartments to avoid unnecessary waste.

  “设计并非无所不能，我们要做的便是以交付结果为导向，理解业主，尊重需求”。

  Design is not omnipotent, what we should do is to be delivery oriented, understand the owner, and respect the needs.
